According to a recently published four-year study by Accenture, “Getting to Equal: The Disability Inclusion Advantage”, creating an inclusive workforce has powerful effects on profitability, revenue and shareholder returns. Corporations with well-designed procedures for recruitment, opportunities for career advancement and effective workplace accommodations averaged 28% higher revenue, twice the net income and 30% higher profit margins over their peers.
